We are looking for sourcing agent in China who can know the geography, terrain and the products being produced in this country. The agent must have adequate staff has several years of experience and has good relations with the people and manufactures.
- Details Required – In order to prove the mettle, the agent has to produce credentials having the details such as registration no., date of incorporation, work order received from the companies and individuals, turn over for the last three years, organization chart, feedback from its customers, services offered, offices in China, any international standard it has got. Agent may be a company or an individual. After reviewing all the details submitted, it will be discussed thoroughly, and hence selection will be made accordingly.
- Technology – Agent should adapt to the latest technology and provide the system for monitoring of the products. Time is the essence. Late delivery of the products will not be accepted, and the material which is not packed in a proper way will be rejected out rightly.
- Dispatch – Before the shipment of excellent, both internal as well as external inspection will be done by the agent himself and report shall be submitted. After clearance got than only the products will be dispatched. Those who are interested should apply immediately along with the details as mentioned above. The application having minor details will not be accepted.
- Suggestion – The agent must also suggest for the companies and products which can be sourced from China and sell elsewhere. He must know the products which readily available and timely deliverable are.
All individuals who are interested and have desired experience must apply with the above details. It is a one-time exercise and hence the details should be mentioned explicitly.
